  1. Back and to the right, L hand knife block and grab, R hand knife to neck, R reverse hand knife to neck, pull the head down and R knee attack to head, pull head forward and down, L elbow to spine (base of neck), drop L hand onto back and R elbow to spine

  2. Back and to the left, R hand knife block and grab, R side kick to ribs, R side kick to knee, L punch to the head

  3. Back and to the right, L hand knife block and grab pull arm down and up (using both hands) twist and lock over your L shoulder, L elbow to body, L fist to groin, L elbow to chin, place both hands on back while sweeping opponents right leg with your L leg, slam to the ground

  4. Step in 90 degrees to the left (like yellow), R inside body block, L knife hand trap, R elbow to body, L elbow to head, R elbow to body, sweep opponents left leg with your R leg, and with both hands on their back slam them to the ground, R punch to left kidney

BLUE BELT – TAEGEUK OH JANG

KICKING

  2. Back and to the left, R knife hand block and grab, R turn kick, L forearm strike, sweep the leg, push shoulder into the floor

  3. Forward and to the left, L palm block, R knife hand block and trap, L back fist, grab arm, R punch to face, grab shoulder, leg sweep, R punch to face

  4. Step in 90 degrees to the left (like yellow), R inside body block, L knife hand trap and grab, R uppercut, R back fist, R elbow, drop to your knee, at the same time L grab to opponents ankle and R palm strike to solar plexus (push them backwards to the ground)

BROWN BELT – TAEGEUK YUK JANG

  2. R knife hand block, L punch to the body, L forearm (outside elbow joint), arm lock, sweep, change hand positions, R punch to face

  3. L palm block and push, slide up the arm, R palm strike to solar plexus, R ridge hand, trip take down & choke

  4. R outside knife hand block and grab, swing up and spin around, R grab shoulder and throw to ground

RED BELT – TAEGEUK CHIL JANG
